SFTP drop-off
For a partner whose tooling only speaks SFTP. A file they drop lands in exactly the same place a pushed one does. Leave the key box empty and a password is generated for them — shown once, here, and never again.
If there is a password below, this is the only time it is shown — it is stored scrypt-hashed and cannot be recovered. Send the block to your partner.
How a partner pushes
What to tell them — and it does not change as the server changes. The helper asks how much already arrived and continues from there, splits the file into chunks small enough for any proxy in front of us, and updates itself on each run.
